The long awaited official notification for the post of Clerk has been released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection ( IBPS ) on their official website i.e. www.ibps.in. The Notification was for the recruitment to the clerical post in banks participating with the IBPS. Having about 7,880 vacant posts, the aspirants can apply for the exam as soon as the registration opens.
The exam will consist of two phases: The first phase being the preliminary exam and the shortlisted candidates move on to the second phase, which is the Mains exams. The candidates who have cleared the second phase of the recruitment procedure will be provisionally allotted to any of the participating banks.
